Very little problems living here. During summer and some fall months when I first moved in I had problems with Read More water bugs (or roaches). When I let the office know they always had the bug company come out and then kept me on the list so I wouldn't have to return to the office each month. I currently have not had any problems in at least 6 months. Office responds timely and staff is very friendly.

Apartments are very old/outdated appliances. My ice maker has not worked consistently since I have been livin Read Moreg there. My neighbors below me smoke cigarettes and it makes my apartment smell horrible. My GA power bills were over $200 due to the old windows and cracks in the building. I had several ceiling leaks while living here as well. The location and office staff have been great, but I never once have felt like this is my home. It's close to my work so that is a huge plus.

The location is excellent, but the staff and conditions at Forest Hills when I was a resident were sub-par. Th Read Moree staff was slow to respond to service requests, which was unfortunate because the place was falling apart.

During my residence, my ceilings in my apartment were infested by bees. The bees burrowed out of the ceiling a Read Morend into my apartment. This is a defining moment in any rental experience and calls into question what kind of oversight allowed the apartment to become infested by bees. The bees were killed quickly by an exterminator, but the cleanup left something to be desired, namely thousands of dead bees left in the apartment and honey stains on my furniture.

The office managment and maintenance staff have always tried to be very accomidating and helpful. The townhou Read Morese apartments have several problems that need to be worked out. When it is cold outside the downstairs never gets warm. The higher you turn your heat on, the warmer the 2nd floor gets but that does not travel to the main level. There is not enough storage area, and the walls are definitely not sound proof. I can hear the tenants on all sides.

Thanks for your review! We have had residents in our town homes tell us that the downstairs sometimes doesn't cool or heat as equally as upstairs. One of the easiest ways to fix this is to close some vents upstairs. If this doesn't help or you need help closing them, please let us know.
