The walls and floors are very thin. I can hear my downstairs neighbor walk throughout the apartment. That's how bad the walls are. Go somewhere else!!!

I've been living at Gables Mill for 8 months now and I'm satisfied with the conditions of the property. The la Read Morendscaping is always well kept. The neighbors are friendly. The leasing consultant's and property manager friendliness while helping you is a hit or miss depending on who is helping you.

Residents should be given a key fob at no extra charge as an incentive for signing a new lease. There is a ga Read Morete designated for residents, but unless you pay an extra $60 to get the key fob you cannot enter through the resident gate. Alternatively, a resident must wait in line behind guests and delivery persons before they can enter the complex with the key card. Residents should be given first preference when it comes to accessing their own home. As such, key fobs should be given at no extra charge. $60 to be able to conveniently access your own home is excessive.
