When I've reported problems the response I've gotten has been lackadaisical. No real action is taken unless y Read Moreou follow up over and over again. Even still your problem usually isn't really solved. I've lived in other apartment complexes that have had a better response.

Water bill increased every north month. Bad odor coming from under the kitchen sink. Trash always been the hal Read Morel. Not enought parking.
