Poor maintence. Never really dealt with parking situation. Too many residence using multiple spaces as guest Read Mores that don't have parking stickers. Same cars every night in spaces. Even after the back gate was finally fixed it stays broken and unable to use from outside. Asked for toilet to be fixed and instead of fixing correctly was just glued down with a clear adhesive that is difficult to clean around. Carpet was never cleaned well when I moved in and nothing was done when escalated.

The office staff is very friendly. The belt line access is wonderful. Parking is a tad frustrating as there ar Read Moree not many options for guest parking and it is difficult for guests to find parking easily without of fear of being towed.
