Ivy Place Resident
Where do I start? One of the biggest issues prior to moving in was that the apartment I was approved for wasn Read More't ready. They kept promising that it would be ready and when it came time to move, I had to extend my lease for an additonal 2mos because of their error. After moving in, the maintenance requests for repairs weren't done in a timely manner and the concern of snakes I had in the kudzu, wasn't one of their priorities.

Ivy Place was a really nice complex. I had no real issues in my tenure there as a resident. Beside the gate Read Morenot working and sometimes being open (which defeats the purpose of being in a gated community) I have no complaints. I made friends with the neighbors (some of which I still keep in contact with). I left Ivy Place looking to get something cheaper, and I should have stayed. I was never as satisfied at any place I lived in Atlanta as I was in Ivy Place. (Emory doctoral student)
