The gated community is usually quiet and well maintained. Security is on site almost always. Near lots of shop Read Moreping and a 10 min drive to the airport. I enjoy the unit but I wish the interiors appliances were a bit more updated. Also, the light switches are in odd places. The centrally located mailboxes and dumpsters are a bit inconvenient,as you have to drive to both. Today trash overflowed at the front, which is not often but,visually displeasing. Walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors music next door. Parking is always available. Maintenance is normally quick, although I've had a request fall through in the past. The staff is helpful, my favorite sales director is Anair Overall I rate this community 4 5

For the price, I won't complain too much. The size of the unit is very spacious for a one bedroom. I'm paying Read Moreless than 850. However, I've had an ant infestation since moving into this unit, small things needed repair the first week I moved in Refrigerator was not level, water faucet was spouting water, the ac heat wasn't working and I have to put in a request to get the ice box fixed - it hasn't worked since I moved in either. I still can't tell if anyone has attended to my pest control request. The work order says completed with a note that I am on the pest control list, but I am still seeing ants and cant even store trash in a bin inside of the unit. Every time I eat or cook I have to drive the trash to the dumpster at the exit and wash the dishes right away. It's been quite a hassle.

The staff is very friendly, though.

Since Milestone took over this property, everything has improved tremendously. The staff in the front office a Read Morere more organized and actually care about the residence who reside on the property. All of the staff are very responsive and go out of their way to help residence. Milestone has also made significant improvements to the property itself. They do an awesome job maintaining the landscaping and are in the process of painting all the buildings while making other improvements that really impact the quality of life for the residence.
