Evidently they do not check their voicemail, because they do not return phone calls. I left forwarding address Read More and phone number I could be reached at and they sent my final bill to the wrong address, did not call me when it was returned and charged me a late fee. Still waiting for a return call.

Quiet community like the 2 bedrooms, make me feel that I am home, near to everywhere downtown, lenox mall, per Read Moreimeter mall. Have lived several years here ... love it. New management coming just by few months ago and make me feel that they DO NOT want me here. Due to some mistakes they make and they do not want to take responsibility thats sad. Overall Good place to live

I like the changes the community is making appearance wise and with more resident events. Having been there al Read Moremost 4 years, it's a little unsettling that management has changed 3 times. Also I have water/pipe issues in my apartment that have not been resolved and I have reported them to the front office.

Since the day I have moved in, I have had countless bugs, pests, roaches, spiders, ants, you name it. After ba Read Moresically begging the leasing office to put me on the list for weeks in a row, they claim to have fixed the problem by spraying. Yet still it is now 2 weeks into November and I've had bug issues since I moved in September. I have ants that basically live in my pantry and supposedly get sprayed, yet I throw out more food each week from these ants.
