Certified Resident

Speedy maintenance, cordial management, but the grouds often look unkept. The fence and gates look destroyed a Read Morend provide no sense of security. Dumpsters often get overrun with trash.

Certified Resident

The management changes more frequently than Atlanta weather. You make requests for maintenance in your apartme Read Morent and three years later nothing has been done. The grounds are poorly maintained, we pay for being in a gated community that has had a broken gate for over two years. We have random security people on the grounds sporadically with guns enforcing rules no one was aware of. Policies change with each set of management that comes in the leasing office and you don't know what's going on.
