The unit that we have is falling apart. Our appliances are starting to not work, we had our sink overflow beca Read Moreuse maintenance wouldn't fix it in a timely manner, and the heat and a/c don't work effectively because the attic space is not insulated. Instead of fixing these things, the management buys new golf carts and resurfaces the parking lot (twice). They don't ever call back when they say that they will and they keep raising the rent, even though they are not upgrading the units at all.

Morgan Place is not well maintained and they charge too much for what is available. During the winter my heat Read Morewent out 3 different times and one time it took the 3 days to fix it in 25 degree weather.
