Pleasant place to reside

I've lived in some really awful apartments where the management has been only out for themselves and have been Read More absolutely terrible with customer service and working with their residents. I immediately knew I wanted to live at Post Briarcliff after speaking with Morgan in management because she was extremely responsive, would always get back to me or let me know if she needed to speak with someone before speaking with me. When I had questions about the A/C in my room, she immediately went through the channels to get someone to come by and take a look. There really is nothing more important than how the staff feel about their job, and it's very clear that Morgan enjoys her work and is involved in this community (as made very clear by the fact that staff are encouraged to live in the same apartments they work for. Really love that!)
