I think Post Collier Hills used to be a great place 4 years ago in terms of ratio quality/rent, but now it's b Read Moreecome a bit too expensive: my rent went from $850 to almost $1200 in 4 years. So for my budget it is a bit too much. The only reason why I'm still here is because I will probably move out of Atlanta within a year and dont wanna bother with relocating for such a short period. So basically, i'm very satisfied with the quality of life at Post Collier but wouldn't advise it to a friend because of the increasing rent.
