On the down side, the walls of the units are quite thin; I can hear my neighbors TV and I feel it when they sh Read Moreut their door. The kitchens (especially the cabinet space and appliances) are less than what one would expect from a building of this caliber. The lobby has a poor design that features an open view to a toilet whenever a resident or a guest enters or leaves the building. My likes and dislikes are: I really like the layout of my flat. I have also found a great sense of community among the residents of the building. One cannot beat the location; there are many restaurants, stores, and parks within easy walking distance. The staff has also been great. The amenities are fantastic (great gym and pool).

While there are a ton of positives about SkyHouse South, there are still a few things that could make this pla Read Morece even better. I would really like to have a place where I could go to meet up with people, have a conference call, or get work done while at home. Also, the pool area is a little small and some residents bring too many guests. My guess is that the staff will soon start to monitor this. Another thing is regarding the music on the top deck. There are several auxiliary inputs where residents can play their music for everyone -- problem is that not everyone wants to hear your music at high volumes when we're trying to enjoy the pool. I'm usually too nice to say anything about it and I just deal with it. Wish I didn't have to 'deal' with it though. My likes and dislikes are: This is the first place that I've lived at where I've felt a sense of community. All of the residents are mostly young, single professionals just like me. Everyone is so friendly and I feel right at home. The management and staff are always so pleasant and dress to impress everyday of the week. The property is so modern and cutting-edge. It has truly changed the way I live.

Overall, my experience at Skyhouse South has been great. I enjoy the amenities, my neighbors, and most import Read Moreantly the security measures that are imposed on the property. I like the fact that there is 24 hour concierge / security on-site and that you can only gain access to your floor and to the roof-top.
This is by far the best rental experience for me. I have lived in exclusive high-rise properties in Georgia, Florida and New Jersey and Skyhouse South ranks at the top. This is primarily due to the level of professionalism that the property management team exudes.
So far, I love it! My likes and dislikes are: 10 reasons why I like this community (not in ranking order):
