Staff is rude, they never follow up on concerns such as maintenance or pest control after asking numerous time Read Mores, my bills have been outrageous due to faulty meters and new fees , the walkways are disgusting, and even corporate doesn't follow up. The student lounge doesn't open up with my entry fob and when asked I was told oh well I'm sorry

The leasing office now that new management is in place is pretty great, maintenance responds quickly and the c Read Moreommunity is kept fairly clean. I will say the disorganization that I've experienced with my move out is why they haven't received an excellent rating. Again, Sheldrick is pretty awesome, they cannot lose him.
