    I am a new resident of Georgia, having recently moved from South Carolina. The Residences at Vinings Mountains Read More is located in a great area. Close to my work and also not to far from midtown, living here is very convenient. The staff are very kind and welcoming. I was impressed by their helpfulness in getting settled down, giving a great tour of the community and giving good advice and suggestions about living in Atlanta.

        Living at this complex is somewhat bittersweet. The location is very convenient and secluded which I love, the Read More amenities and apartments themselves are nice when everything is fully functional. But what I have a problem with is the customer service and the responsiveness. Last year I had a very bad ant infestation (which im allergic to by the way) and they literally took over my entire apartment. They were in my cupboards, bedroom, living room and bathroom. I literally could not function without being bitten or terrorized by these pests. I expressed the urgency of my situation to management and let them know that I basically couldn't live comfortably, which was on a Mon and they actually told me that nothing could be done until Friday when the exterminator they have a contract with could come. There was no remorse or empathy given point blank period which was amazing to me when im paying $1100 rent for a 1 bedroom. I actually stayed with a friend for the time being which I should not have had to do. Right then and there I was completely dissatisfied with everything this apartment had to offer. I never complained when everything always breaks due to faulty and neglectful assembly, I never complained when my gate code or key fob stops working every couple weeks, I never even complain when I was told by maintenance that I was going to have to wait over 2 hours to come open my apartment when I was locked out of it last winter at 3 in the morning after getting off work and that I wasn't going to find anybody to do it cheaper than him so I might as well wait. His words exactly. I could go on and on about them but at this point who's it really helping anyways. Just thought I should express my concerns.

          Other than having a contract with only ATT and Charter (Charter is by far more interested in customer satisfac Read Moretion), we have had a good experience thus far with move-in. Leasing agents have been very helpful and amenities are nice. The neighborhood is quiet and grounds are maintained well despite little rain and high tempuratures into the nineties this fall.
