The neighbors are loud, cats roam the property all the time, trash is always outside the dumpster, never enoug Read Moreh parking, and I have placed several orders to fix the cracking paint and/or foundation on my wall and it's still there.

The front door locks are awful. It takes me a very long time to get in and out. Requested a key lock and was d Read Moreenied. My safety is a huge concern and had some stragglers come towards me harassing me and I couldn't get into my house. Also, maintenance crew never knocks or informs that they are coming in. I work overnight so its imperative that I do not get distrubed early in the morning and the ATC staff knows this. Walked out of my house to run into a huge black truck and saw someone in my patio.

The new electronic locks are for your safety and should open as soon as you touch your key to the pad. If you are having problems please contact our office so that we may address the issue. Also, we are happy to work around your schedule to the best of our ability. When placing a work order just be sure to note a specific time frame so that we may inform maintenance.

Too many bugs on the outside. Not enough pest control.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry to hear you are having problems with bugs outside of your apartment. We routinely spray inside and outside every 3 months. However, pest control is availble every week so if you are having an issue please let us know so that we can send pest control right over.
