They are too stiff in enforcing the late penalty fee despite legitimate reasons. At times, we are all faced wi Read Moreth very difficult situations and it would be nice to see some leniency from the office staff. Secondly, the walls are paper-thin and I can hear my downstairs neigbhors night time activities.

I gave the Avalon Apartments this rating based solely on their customer service. I love the apartment, grounds Read More, and location. However I don't like how I have been treated in response to a complaint against my upstairs neighbors. I've had to call in to complain several times with no clear remedy from management. Each time I call I'm told to call again and nothing changes! Either they aren't explaining to my neighbors that they are being loud or the neighbors don't care void any real consequences.

Would rate 'good' overall, but a few points (insofar as we're keeping score) docked for constant trickle of Ge Read Morerman roaches running around and the webpay; if you don't make a payment by the 5th of the month the webpage locks out the option to pay online despite the addition of a $50 late fee, meaning you either have to drive to the leasing office and pay in person, or, you can wait until the 10th of month when the webpage lets you pay online again, but with a $100 late fee.

I enjoy my apartment from the space, interior and location its so convenient to get to where I need to go. I a Read Morem also glad that I have great neighbors everyone in the building is so nice. ATC does a great job at keeping the landscaping looking great and if i have a work order request the maintenance staff is so prompt compared to other places I have lived it takes them weeks to address a work order.
