I have been here 3 years. When I moved in I was told my windows would be "opened"; as I was not able to open Read Morethem. Also I was told that my "windows" would be cleaned; as it is obvious that it has been years since they have been cleaned. It was never done. The next year, I was told, when I signed my lease, they would be done. They were never done. This year, I was told that it was still being in the decision making area.

I'm still in awe of my apartment. Back home, it would cost over $4K to live in something like this. I haven' Read Moret had any problems, my neighbors are friendly and the maintenance guys are spot on. I love jumping on my bike and riding down Broad St to have coffee or dinner.

The amount of turn over in the management office, the lack of consistent QUALITY maintenance people, the QUALI Read MoreTY of tenants permitted to reside here is disheartening. When I moved in2 years ago, it was run well. The tenants in my building were clean, respectful, top notch. About 6 months in to present, I hear a lot of complaints and ALL but 2 of us moved out, from my building. Im sad but cant afford to move. Not worth the constant raise in rent. No amenities. It's become lil ghetto.

I had an issue with my neighbor with noise, I went to the office 3 times and the issue was not handled. I had Read Moreto type a formal letter and put it on the residence myself for it to be resolved, as the resident would not answer their door in the middle of the night while they were playing music so loud my walls were shaking. In addition the office staff will accept mail for you, but will not tell you that they did and the office is never open as advertised from 9-5.
