The apartment is dark due to the very dark tinted glass in the sliding glass doors in the living room.I addres Read Moresed this problem to the office but was told that it couldn't be changed.The model I was shown was not like this and mine is the only apartment in this building with these dark windows.Mold returns to the window frames after being cleaned with bleach. The screens are not tight.The floors are lumpy.And it is noisy.The pool is not kept clean.I may contact the health department.NOT RENEWING!

First, the office staff is always willing to answer questions or resolve any issues. Maintenance requests are Read More resolved within a reasonable amount of time, depending on the priority. The grounds are maintained well, i.e., kept clean with grass and plants making the area attractive. Lastly, my experience in 1-1/2 years of residence here, I have had ( mostly) quiet neighbors. It's a good place to live for a retired person.
