The common areas of the building (entrance, stairwells) were not cleaned very often. I also had a difficult t Read Moreime getting in touch with management. When I moved out of Cobb House I explained that I was moving and my roommate would be staying. I am still waiting on paper work from them, and continue to receive the rent bill even though I have not lived there for 9 months.

I love downtown Augusta and the location is literally minutes away from any place I'd want to go on foot. I en Read Morejoy my view of the AT&T tower (one of my favorite objects downtown). Whenever I've had a maintenance issue it has always been addressed promptly. There was only one time that our something wasn't addressed promptly but it was due to a message being missed, but then it was VERY QUICKLY rectified. I can't complain about the Cobb House at all.
