I appreciate that the staff is pretty much "on" in getting things repaired. I wonder why the security gates a Read Morere always such a problem?

Since the change in administration in 2013, they don't usually clean the pool, amenities, etc. The maintenance Read More of the amenities is poor. We already have tried to talk to the administration but they just give excuses. I am waiting to the end of the lease agreement so I can find a better place to live. Too expensive and it is not worth it!

I would be here all day discussing the low points of having lived at the Parc, but bottom line up front is tha Read Moret the property is nothing more but an overrated, overpriced nightmare that is taking advantage of people coming to the Augusta area. I am proud to have left the Parc, and glad because I would have lost more money than I already did if I had stayed. The Parc helped me to never want to rent again, and I do not rent anymore.
