On a general overall statement, if there is a problem or concern it is answered and taken care of after notifi Read Morecation. Also the location has been so far a quiet and peaceful place to be. I do feel there definately needs to be DRAINS put on the outside of the duplexes There are a few more things that I feel needs to be confronted. But over all, I am pleased to be here.

I like the location and overall atmosphere of Woodknoll. However, there have been countless changes in managem Read Moreent, which makes it difficult to know who to communicate with. If I need to speak with someone in the office, it is a struggle. Unless I catch them very first thing in the morning, I'm out of luck and end up only talking to the voicemail. Also, several things that I was told would be fixed with my unit, when I first moved in over four years ago, have never been addressed.
