I really did LOVE my apartment but when my air conditioner stop working and I went to let them know, one of th Read Moree lady's in the office got an attitude with me because a lot of people were coming in to complaint which isn't my problem but fine but after THREE months of getting the run around I was mad then on top of that I had a leak in my unit that could have been fixed had somebody came to just look at it.... but other than that I liked staying over there.

When i inquired about the apartment, I was told that I could not get a move in date before a deposit. At this Read Morepoint I was relocating to austell and had no choice. I wasnt able to view an apartment before hand. With me paying the deposit ahead i wasnt even able to forfeit if I wanted to. I have never experienced this. I think for what i pay for a 2 bedroom (838) they should at least pressure wash the community. Simple up keep would make a difference. I am sure they dont plan on making anychanges.

I have to live under an apartment above me who dogs bark and wines daily,waking me up out my sleep.i put in 2 Read Moreorders for maintenance for my outside porch light which has glass half broken.and I been here a year and a half and I then probly seen at least 5 different apt managers.

When I move in my apartment was not ready and did not get the upgrade apartment. The garbage is ALWAYS overflo Read Morewing. I am still waiting on repairs that should have been done when I moved in. The cost of this apartment is not worth the price.

It's ok if u just really have no other option. They treat you like royalty before to sign the lease and from t Read Morehen on it only gets worse. All I ask is for the property to be clean and for minor issues to be fixed. Trash is over flowing and all over the property and I've put in several maintenence request to get things fixed at my home and it took over a month to come fix. The parking is Horrible. Ppl parking in 2 spaces purposely just so no one will park nxt to them. Space is already limited.
