It's safe and quiet. The apartnents seem older so I call maintenance often to fix things.

My daughter was in a severe accident and we couldn't stay on the 2nd floor anymore because if she needed emerg Read Moreency help it would be difficult to get her in and out. I requested a handicap accessible apartment or I would have to move, I had a letter from her physician that the 2nd floor was dangerous. They didn't help me so I moved with 1 month left on my lease Tramore took me to court and garnished my wages.

It is a nice apartment to live in. There are not many issue with them. I have been here for two years now and Read Morethe neighbors(by me) are nice and the grounds are well-maintained. My issues are: 1) carpet cleaning for lease renewal was bad. My $35 vacuum cleaner showed better results (they dont use a wet vac) 2) The rent, in my opinion, is overinflated (75 dollar markup) 2nd yr 3)gate rarely works and office not available much by phone. 4) parking lot not checked for cars that dont belong here.
