Overall I love the location of the property. The office staff is a pleasure. I like the size of the communi Read Morety complex, not too big. I do not like the renovations, not the best quality for the price. And value of the apartment compared to the amenities and what other area apartments are offering for about the same price don't equate. Really good maintenance request turn around repair rate.

Maintenance and management staff are very nice and helpful! The % raise in rent is ridiculous. Our rent went u Read Morep almost $100/mo without any interior renovations. This will cause us to want to move quicker than we originally anticipated.
