A lot of staff turnover, frequent inside inspections without knowledge of results, I put out my fore extinguis Read Moreher again and it didn't get tagged (the pin is missing), building is run down, I keep the the AC on constantly and mold settles in regardless. Initial requests during move in went unfixed, master bathroom tile, corner floor boards exposed, laundry floor board exposed.

2x trash fees when doorstep ppl rarely ever actually get my trash Sun-Thurs. Mice problem at the beginning (la Read Morested 2 mos with continued temporary fixes aka mouse traps, sticky mats, causing me to have to SEE all the caught mice day by day, then knowing they were put in a garbage bags thrown into the garbage) until I demanded expert help, which finally relieved problem. Maintenance calls left on after hours vm that were never acknowledged until I walked in office. List can go on and on

Could only stomach the place for one cycle. Frequent unaddressed maintenance issues with the grounds. Maint Read Moreenance entered apartment without warning (violation of lease) including using inside hose hookup (which we paid for) for pressure washing outside. Tried to get us to resign lease a month early to lock us in before selling the complex and demolishing the old office, weightroom, and pool. Trash compactor broken most of the time we lived there. Coyotes (seriously!). Not enough parking.

Management is solid. Some residents don't seem to get that dogs belong on leashes when they're not in the dog Read Morepark or in the home.

Fees (water and garbage) often change or fluctuate monthly and is wearisome to some who budget each month, and Read More when you try to get answers as to why the increase - the attitude of AM at the office is very combative. I think customer service can be improved upon or at least the new property manager can provide some training to the assistant. The combative attitude with the previous management team (which one still remains at the office) have caused many tenants to move away from the property.
