They focus on the wrong things.... day ONE my apartment has had issues. I have a paper trail, pictures, and vi Read Moredeos... some of the issues still have not. Been addressed, other issues have been half way fixed. But they are fast to put a paper on your door. Last month i paid my rent ON TIME but they missed placed it and put a note on my door to get more money!! Nothing but a headache for me from day one. They dont clean the breeze way, its noisy at night, called the office, nothing done.

Before we moved in there was new carpet installed. I thought that being a high end complex it would be of good Read More quality. It's actually horrible with very little padding! It's matting up and looks totally flat in some areas even with proper vacuuming and it's only 6 months old. Outside building is dirty and lawn areas not kept up behind buildings. There is trash and areas not even mowed. And when they cut the shrubbery in many areas it looks horrible! Very disappointed as it was beautiful! !

If you carpet is not holding up after 6 months, please contact the office so we can reach out to our vendor to come out and find what we can do to remedy this situation. Please report to the office either by phone, email or stop by at your convenience to discuss any other issues that we need to get resolved to make you proud to call this home. All the outside pets... No drop box..ABSOLUTLY NO WHERE TO PARK AFTER 8PM..The pest control fee that was adde Read Mored ...that you have to be put on a list to receive...also the dumpster fee that was added

Please contact the office if you are having any problems with someone's pets. We also do not have a pest control fee. Our water rates did increase this year due to us receiving an increase from the City of Clemson. We no longer have a drop box for our residents protection. We don't anyone to have access to your bank information or your money. We offer online payments. We have requested all our residents to have their guest park in the back parking area to free up more spaces for our residents.
We are sorry to see that your experience has not met your expectations thus far at our community. it is our goal to have all of our residents living comfortably in their home and encourage you to come by the office so we can try and discuss ways to resolve your outstanding concerns.
Poor value. Old, ratty apartments that are outdated and not well maintained; staff doesn't care to learn your Read Morename; takes forever to get any work done (including a simple furnace filter change).

We apologize for not taking care of a service request for you in a timely manner. We have a part time maintenance staff. However in the event of you need a a/c filter again the office staff will be happy to assist you with this. It is goal to make our residents happy. Please give us the opportunity to correct our mistakes.
