There was no sound insulation at all, I could hear my upstrairs neighbor walk

The maintenance guy was pretty good, the lady at the office was great
The buildings and the apartments looked nice
There is a few nice restaurants/bars very closeby
Hint:
If you rent, try top level and facing inside the complex, you have better chances with sound then
