Certified Resident

This apartment community has the potential to be a good one however I have a serious issue with trash that ove Read Morer flows from the dumpster, and large trash items like couches and bedroom mattresses that are left out. When people come to visit it looks extremely ghetto. I also have a huge problem with parents of kids in this community. I don't know what kind of parent allows small children to play in a parking lot by themselves. Residents that live on the top levels have no consideration for the people that live beneath them and teenage children hanging out everywhere using profanity is an annoyance as well. Parent's in this community need to parent and take better control of their children. Residents allowed to live here need to be screened better. They need to take more pride in where they live instead of making this look like a ghetto. I have seen some improvements with new management but their is still much to be done and should be zero tolerance for certain things.
