I actually like most things about living here. However, there are some things that do not work well for me. Fi Read Moretness center is in dire need of attention. There is equipment in there but it does not work: treadmill without the key to operate it; seat falls off of the stationary bicycle. The weight machines are the only equipment that is accessible. Also, it would help tremendously if they show tenants how to utilize and report anything that needs attention. I do not know how to let my visitors in.

When I moved in there were roaches, broken window in the master bedroom, big hole in the screen. The first b Read Mored rm had no screen and the second bd rm had a bid hole in the screen. The kitchen had missing draws and handles and the guess bathrm had missing draws.

There always trash on the stairs, ground, and walkway. Parents aren't being held accountable for their childre Read Moren actions.There needs to be a serious courtesy officer on site. Condom wrappers are always on the ground. Laundry room and gtm need to be upgraded.

The reason why I rated this apartment complex because they have poor management and property manager . They ve Read Morery nasty and rude. Can not reach the property owners. They have young people running the office who just concerned about themselves.

Maintenace is just mediocre. There are always kids in the road that will not move. The kids leave trash all Read Moreover the staircase as well as sit in the stair wells and do not move when you walk by. The apartments need some updating for the price.
