Shoddy workmanship at all levels--every appliance furnished has broken at least once, lawn maintenance seems t Read Moreo take place daily even if nothing needs to be done, involving many loud machines for 4-8 hours. Rude front office staff, indifferent to issues. Foundation has shifted, revealing SO MANY CRACKS. Intensive water leakage was reported 4 months before anything was done, which led to black mold & plumbers having to reroute pipes. Mold was not addressed, still present inside walls.
