The recreational amenities are not available for tenants that work after 5pm. We can not use the work out are Read Moreas. So you have to join a gym and pay extra for something that should be available for all residents to use.

Never replaced my damage sink. It was damaged the day I moved in. No rent drop box available or anyway to pay Read More rent without coming in person when the office is open. To pay rent on time I have to take work off or change my weekend plans. This is an inconvenience easily solved with a rent drop box.

Too much noise up stairs, people don't respect the parking, the parking lines are not clear for parking. too m Read Moreuch trash on the grounds. i feel that the rent is too much for a two bedroom apartment. filters are not change out every 3 month. there is a guy that is filling his pressure water tank up, something just not when it comes to the water bill. i don't like the fact that the gates the gates do not are there, because go all around the complex, so it serve no purpose.
