The apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. There were spider webs under all the cabinets in the kitchen Read More. The brand new wood floors were scratched and had paint drippings but we still had to pay extra in rent for the updated apartment. This was after the original apartment we were promised was given to someone else. Maintenance only responds if I type up a letter for the front office (which I have to do legally anyway). The laundry room is not unlocked on a regular basis. Lots of bugs.

The apartment carpet is old and worn. We have several water leaks from the apartment above and the solution wa Read Mores to remove the carpet padding and leaving the dirty worn out carpet. There is also a mold problem that the complex only partially address. The mold continues to return and the management no longer send anyone out to address it.

Its a relatively safe area, we enjoy the amenities, the apartment homes are stylish and comfortable. However, Read Morewhen I need something fixed and I go to the leasing office to put in a work order, it takes over a week to get someone to come out and fix it. Sometimes longer. But besides that, its an overall pleasant experience.
