I've bought a brand new dryer into the apartment. The lint vent got clogged and caused the heating filament to Read More burn out. I've reported the problem to the office manager and I keep being told that someone will be out to inspect the vent. It's been two weeks and no one has come to inspect the vent.

Buildings not in great shape, but rent was very affordable. Small space, nothing glamorous, but overall decent Read More. Location great for highway access, but nearby area not great for shopping/dining. Overall most residents appeared to be low income families/immigrants, very few young professionals (not a bad thing, just not everyone's cup of tea). Usually quiet. Exit gate broke down several times which became a big issue since the entrance is not safe to exit out of.

The new management can be difficult to deal with. Marcus is awful and has not kept his promises. They take f Read Moreorever fixing things that need to be fixed don't always take care of their loyal customers. And I have never been late on my rent.
