Pet fee is $300. There is a monthly pet rent of $15. The following breeds are not allowed: Wolf or Wolf Hybrids, Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow and Akita.
