Front office personnel are always nice. The apartments are a good size and I have not hadb any problems with m Read Morey neighbors. The grounds are clean and maintained. Overall I am very happy I picked these apartments.

The initial leasing process vs. living in the community are very different! I almost find it hard to believe t Read Morehat I live in the same place that I toured. The moral in the leasing office is very low; and it always seems like every issue is accompanied with a fight! You should not have to fight to be treated fair. The experience for existing residents should be the same as new residents. If you choose to live here, your apartment may get rented to someone else, prior to you moving in and you are sure to have billing problems. They add charges to your account, after they send your account statement...and nickle and dime you for every thing. There is no sense of ownership with the property management company and it seems that they are only willing to do things that are convenient to them. The carwash is a facade-it's a car wash with a broken 3 foot hose. The kiddie club house is also a facade, nothing takes place in that building, unless you rent it. The sell an image; but it's false! The only good thing that I have to say about the community is that the maintenance is very prompt and the gates usually work, although anyone that tails along behind another car can come in. I will not be renewing my lease, and do not recommend Chelsea 88 to anyone!

We love living at Astor Place. The location is wonderful and our apartment is beautiful. The small maintenance Read More issues we have had were resolved within 30 minutes and I couldn't ask for more.

I liked the place from the first sight. I came here by mistake (was looking for another community, but GPS bro Read Moreught me to Astor place). The leasing office personnel was very friendly and attentive. I refused to have a presentation, because I was in a hurry, but they showed me the pictures and I got the overall understanding of what to expect, so I came back later to see everything live. The pictures showed the reality! I was not disappointed and made a decision to sign the contract with Astor Place.
