There is a significant communication gap in what processes and procedures are appropriate. One staff member in Read Moredicates one process, while another may indicate one that is entirely different, causing confusion on not only the residents, but apparently the staff as well.

Really the only complaint I have is the annual renewal rate. My renewals have been 12%+ each year and I perso Read Morenally do not get a 12%+ raise each year. It's making it a little difficult to plan on staying long term.

I will be at Glenlake 3 years in March and other than one break in and a guy who kept knocking on my door 3 di Read Morefferent times, it has been safe. I come in late many nights and am not afraid when I walk from my car upstairs to my apartment. Neighbors are quiet and don't bother me. I would like to see our building pressure washed this fall. It is very dirty and the rails going upstairs are too nasty to touch. I had some problems with roaches for awhile but this seems to be taken care of.
