The apartment is an excellent value for the money. The square footage for the price point is very good for t Read Morehis area considering comparable. The only item that needs improvement is maintenance. Since this is an older community there are a lot of items that are frequently in need of repair, and there has not yet been an investment made to upgrade the interior features outside of paint, blinds, and carpet. Fixtures, lighting, electrical outlets, cabinetry and appliances need replacement.

I recently moved from apartment to another. The communication skills of the staff desperately need improveme Read Morent. Appointments were missed repeatedly without followup. The staff routinely ignored calls and did not return messages. I attempted to contact the manager twice and still have not heard back. The staff was also very inconsistent and uneducated in the pricing of the services they provide. I received 3 different quotes for lease transfer.

Management is horrible. Takes forever to get anything done. They never answer phones. They're lazy, don't s Read Moreeem to care about residents, resident retention, or overall satisfaction. They lack communication skills, they are slow to follow up with any concerns. Also, their use of the English language is awful (see all mailers/emails they send out), and lots of other things I don't have space for here.

The maintenance has been an issue.It takes a very long time to get someone to come out,taking over a week for Read Moresomeone to come out to fix my heat.Luckily I was able to stay at someone else's apartment when it was cold.Another thing is that it's $90 for water and trash.That is really expensive.Usage should be split among the people in the building based off of # of bedrooms.Also,when I moved in my apartment was not completely clean, because it had been sitting from the initial clean.
