Montega & Water Oak Apartments are a nice place to live we have 1, 2, and even 3 bedroom, spacious apartments.. Everything's electric. We have a play ground, swimming pool, Laundry rooms, and a basketball court on the property. We have a very nice on site manager and a courtesy officer (Forest Park Police Officer) living on the property, excellent maintenance, and a 24/7 emergency number.This is a multicultural complex. We are in a great location near the Atlanta Airport, International Farmers Market, Several Grocery Stores, Gas stations, Restaurants, and close to many common work places like The Kmart Warehouse, Filet of Chicken, Del Monte, and of course, The Farmers Market with a lot of warehouses. We also have a bus station on the corner of the property that can take you to Southlake Mall, WalMart, Kroger, the Marta Station, the airport, etc.
