The character limit is not enough to type everything. So to sum it up the communication is not very well betwe Read Moreen the office and tenants. They charged us for a service without prior notice. They call saying we owe for certain things that we have already paid for. The maintenance personnel rarely returns calls. It is very rare anyone in the office answers the phone. The office manager is very impatient and talks over you.
