Unhappy with the water bill pricing. Has been recently changed based on how many bedrooms you have rather tha Read Moren how many people per apartment. No matter if it's one person or eight people in a 2 bedroom apartment you will pay the same amount. Would be better if we had separate meters and be charged a residential rate rather than a business rate.
Also, prices change daily which means someone could move in and get their rent $100 cheaper than what you're paying now for same amount of bedrooms.

It was fairly quiet and I felt safe. The rent was very reasonable. I did have my car broken into one time, b Read Moreut I think that is not all that unusual for apt buildings near the time of the holidays.
