Great Location, pricing is a bit on the high side but doable, most of the staff is friendly, neighbors can be Read Morea bit sensitive if you are on the second or third floors. Depends on the previous tenants and how well they took care of the apartment, but I would still recommend the place.

Units and amenities are on par with similar communities, management is friendly, beginning rent is reasonable. Read More Communication and parking/enforcement could be better, annual rent increases seem arbitrary, staff could be more available. Neighbors are often inconsiderate.
