The foundation in my apartment cracked and started to crumble and you can feel it move when you walk over it u Read Morender the carpet. We told the property manager about the problem in December and they sent someone out. He told them it would cost around $9000 to fix and nothing has been done yet. It is now July and they still haven't done anything or tried to move us and now our lease is almost up and they want to raise our rent and still haven't tried to fix anything. Very poor customer service.

The apartment complex is always clean and the staff is polite and attentive to the residents needs.

It was a nice apartment, and complex, however, the office personnel were not very friendly, nor helpful. And Read Morethe gate worked for maybe 1 out of the 12 months that I lived there.

I initially enjoyed living in this community. I liked my apartment and it's proximity to my workplace. But the Read More management staff was what encouraged me to not renew my lease. The staff seemed to be very biased to those who were of a younger age. Most of the community is above 30 and I can see why most young people would not want to live there. Attitudes of the management staff toward me in all experiences were less than acceptable every time. I give it a fair rating due to the staff.
