I have had an AC issue since August 14th and as of today, the issue has not been resolved. The outside hallwa Read Moreys and stairs are filthy and have not been cleaned in over 4 years. Poor upkeep of apartments inside and out.

If you live on the lower levels no one ever comes to cut you trees in the back. The bushes outside of my patio Read More haven't been cut since the day I've moved in. If you live in the front you'll be fine.

We had a lot of things break within the year we have been living here. Air conditioning, dishwasher and water Read Morepressure. Luckily in most cases things were fixed in a timely manner, however, the air conditioning was not fixed quickly. Over the year, many neighbors have moved into the building and have not been very respectful of the rest of the building. Leaving garbage, being loud at all times of the day/night and blocking the stairs and barely moving out of the way to let you by.

We have loved living here, the neighbors are wonderful, it feels like a community or a neighborhood, not just Read Morean apartment complex. It is a lovely wooded area, and very quiet. No crime as far as we know either. But....problems with getting things done. Sometimes I feel like management really does not care. NO matter how many times you request something, it is extremely frustrating when your questions or requests TAKE FOREVER, to get accomplished.

We have been here for about a year and have only had a few minor issues. 1.) Everytime (in the year we've been Read More here we had three requests), we had a maintenance request the request was marked off as fully completed and it was not. The maintenance team would complete one part of the request and leave before the entire request was completed. 2.) Parking is a real problem. They have too many cars and not enough spaces. I sometimes want to Uber so I don't lose my spot going to work.
