Wow, thank you so much for this 5-star rating of Sugar Mill! Our team strives to provide residents with a community that they're proud to call home, so it's great to know that you're enjoying your time with us. Please feel free to stop by our office if there's ever anything we can do to make your experience even better!
Some of the amenities of the facility are over rated. The cost to live in such a large gated community the Par Read Morety Room is very small and the expense to rent should not be charged. A deposit for cleaning should be sufficient to use the facility. The majority of staff is warm however, others are not as friendly if they are unsure if you're a resident. We've had several issues with the electrical outlets and regular extermination of the facility is not the norm considering all the bugs.

While we appreciate all feedback, we're disappointed that you haven't been left with a more positive opinion of our community. Our amenities, including our Party Room, are provided to residents as a way to improve their experience at our community, so we apologize if they did not meet your expectations. Also, our team takes these issues you've listed very seriously, so we invite you to stop by our office as we'd like to work toward a solution and better your experience here.
None of the appliances are functioning properly. Townhome A/Coach does not cool 2ND floor well. Upgrades to th Read Moree floor are under part. Front entry discolored and the window frame paint is discolored. Also, these findings were made known to management more than once with repairs.

We regret learning that there are items in your home that are not living up to your expectations. Please reach out to our property manager so we can put a plan in place to remedy these concerns once and for all. We want all residents to be comfortable in their homes, and that includes having items that are functioning properly and are aesthetically pleasing.
The maintenance folks are great. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The gals that work in the office Read More have gotten in arguements with me about living condition issues that were a serious concern.
