Trash service should be optional and utilities with City of Lawrenceville. People should be allowed options. Read More The water usage system, just like any money conscious individual you want to and need to see what you paying for.

The property is kept well groomed. The staff is also very friendly. The other reviews about the gym coach are Read Moretrue, he is creapy and has a very rude demeanor. The gate doesn't close right away & anyone can get in like 3 or 4 cars at a time. The apartments are big and spacious with big closets but they can do better to clean them begore they are rented to new tenants. There is a car wash on site that is very beneficial and a small park at the back of the property. Rent is too high!

I seems as though the quality of the surroundings is slipping. Main stairways always seem to need power washi Read Moreng. Fence along the main road is becoming an eye sore, needs mending and painting. Trash in parking lot but maintance does a good job of picking up the next day. Tenants do not seem to care that this is their home.
