Restrictions: We are a pet friendly community with a maximum number of 2 pets per apartment home and a 45 pound weight limit. The pet deposit is $300, and the pet rent is $10. The following breeds are prohibited: Doberman, Rottweiler, Mastiff/Bull Mastiff, Great Dane, Chow, German Shepherd, Akita, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Yankee Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
