I've lived in worse. Floor plans are pretty standard. Building is showing some age. Gym has been closed for al Read Moremost six months. Can't get maintenance to fix anything. They close my requests without doing any work.

The 2nd pool not available. The car wash is advertised but not mentioned that you pay for it or that it doesn' Read Moret work. Appliances old not up to date nor the counters and rent shouldn't go up just to get improvements since these apartments cost the most in this area. Cable is supposed to be included in the rent then your charged again separetly.

Our move - in experience has been nightmarish. We were told that the apartment would need new flooring which w Read Moreas fine. However, upon seeing the apartment we realized not only was the floor a complete mess, we also needed a new stove and vents, air conditioning repair, refrigerator parts and had a HUGE ant problem. It has been 33 days since our arrival and we STILL have yet to spend a single night in the apartment because the air still hasn't been fixed. We certainly will Not renew this lease.

My water bill was not a set amount so I paid any where from 80 to 170 each month. Because of this, I could no Read Moret afford to use extra water to have a washing machine, so I had to drag my clothes to the laundry. The hot tub, which was an amenity never worked for the duration of my lease and the pool seems dirty. Rent for a one bedroom was high I could get two bedrooms for what I paid for one. Otherwise, the rental was ok.
