I been here since August 2015.After I moved in, everything seem like it needed to be fixed. You can look at th Read Moree walls in the apartment and tell they do a sloppy paint job. I stay on the second floor and the floors creek. The floors are uneven throughout the apapartment.My master bedroom slopes downward when u walk in.I didn't realize it until I brought the furniture it.It's so bad that it bothers my neck so I gotta pay out my pocket to fix that situation. U pay location,place not worth price.

I have been a resident for three years and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease this year. I was told that when we Read Morerenew our lease we can upgrade the appliances in the kitchen, but management never gave them to us nor have they mentioned it. I am paying way to much for an apartment infested with huge insects! I had to request for our carpet to be cleaned and after the company left my carpet still look the exact same. I really do not living here anymore felt like I was tricked into renewing my lease!!

I am so sorry if there was a miscommunication during your renewal process. AS of February 2015 We no longer upgrade anyone appliances at renewal. If you are having a problem with bugs, please contact the office at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to send the technician who is on site every Thursday. If the carpet cleaning was not up to your standards, please call me and we will have it down again. The office number is 478-471-9120.

There are insects constantly in our apartment, and no one has come to spray for bugs despite the fact we pay m Read Moreonthly for the service since we moved in in October.

We do understand your concern with the insects in your apartment. We do offer monthly pest control, but you have to request the service. The technician is on site every Thursday. We cannot come in your apartment without your permission unless there is an emergency. Please call the office or email and we would be happy to put you on our list for the next time they are here.

The gate is always broken and the trash is always over flowing. The roach infestation in my apartment has calm Read Moreed down but I think its because its cold and I took matters into my own hands with a can of hotshot. I do enjoy living here, but I worry about all the specials that are being offered and the quality of people that are moving in. I wish there was full gym or somewhere to run. The proper manager is awesome so none of this is a reflection of her. Just observations.

I gave Austin Chase this rating because I thoroughly enjoy my apartment. The overall design is everything I wa Read Morented. However, I gave a good instead of excellent because of small flaws in the execution of how the apartment was remodeled. I wasn't aware of these until after everything was said and done. Besides that, I generally like the location of my complex. Besides one set of bothersome neighbors, all others seem great and pay attention to our surroundings just as I do.
