Always came to my service with any request that was given. Staff was helpful with every aspect of being new to Read More area and upon my move out.

For a safe location in Macon and the rent price, you can't beat it! Friendly staff, good location. Other compa Read Morerable places had much higher rent. Love that I was able to get a unit with a washer and dryer already in it. All new appliances when I moved in. They just put in a pet park, too! Very pet friendly. I love the trees! A lot of other places I looked at were barren as far as trees. The trees and other greenery make it feel charming and homey. Lived here for over a year and will renew. My guess is that many of the people leaving negative reviews are sour because they are having to pay for damages they've caused when they move out or the cleaning fee which is clearly outlined in the lease if they had bothered to read it. Or they are from when it was still the Madison at River Place with different management. Any problems I have had have been promptly addressed and fixed to my satisfaction with good attitudes. I appreciate the staff here and they are constantly trying to make improvements. I highly recommend it for the price!

The prices are phenomenal; however they have a major bug problem. Although the bug people will come and spray Read More, they will not come consistently to prevent future bugs. Also, if you stay at the bottom level below surface be prepared to live next door to tenants who barely made the cut. Nonetheless, the location is perfect, back gate hasn't worked in over 2 years and feel safe, because there's many gsp and macon cops who are residents. so for me and my stay 3/5 rating

Overall it was a poor experience. There was always a pest problem. The roaches were terrible. I would live in Read Morefear wondering if a roach would appear. The spiders were everywhere. Me and my daughter constantly got bitten. They had to make repairs on the piping which allowed the workers in and out your home which valuable items came up missing. In need of repairs greatly on the building, laundry facility and mail area.
