the apartments are really old. my heat went out four times the nine months I lived there. my neighbors both Read More upstairs and downstairs were very noisey all through the night.

The maintence of the apartments was non existant. So much so, that when they did come maintence our appartment Read More, we were left with no gas for our furnace to work in the middle of winter. When we complained to the management, we were told that the only compensation we would receive would be the price of the space heater we bought to stay warm. After reluctantly agreeing to this, we were then told to surrender the space heater because it was like the office was purchasing it.
