Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $25 pet rent, $400 fee for cats. Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $25 pet rent, $500 fee. Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

The front office staff had no idea what was going on. In the year or so that I lived there, they were all repl Read Moreaced at least twice. The entire front office. As an institution, they accepted no responsibility for there equipment (their meters messed up, jacked our elctric bill for a 1200 sq ft apt up to 400+$ for a couple months) and do nothing to keep the residents happy.
